The extensive repertoire of the Prague Philharmonic Choir includes mostly a cappella, cantata and oratorio works ranging from Classicism to the present day.. The choir regularly performs with leading domestic and foreign orchestras.

An important part of its concert work also consists of opera projects on which it collaborates for example with the National Theatre in Prague, and principally with the opera festival in Bregenz , where it has been the choir in residence since 2010. Over the years it has performed not just classical works from its opera repertoire, but also several staged world premieres of brand new opera works.
